So goes a Japanese haiku. The sea is also the final stage for the Bora, which dives into the Gulf of Trieste after speeding down from the Karst plateau toward the Adriatic. Especially striking are the fan-shaped patterns the gusts draw on the water’s surface – pure visual poetry.
